Lemon Coconut Energy Balls

  • 1C Dates (chopped)
  • 1 1/3 C Oats
  • Juice & Zest of 2 Lemons
  • 2 tbsp Shredded Coconut
  • 1/4 C Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 4 tbsp Almond Butter

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for 30 mins. Roll into small Balls. Freeze!
